SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping rate is calculated according to your address
Orders that are placed before 2pm on a weekday are typically shipped within 1-2 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking information for your order. You can track your order by viewing your order history in your account.
Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be shipped next Monday.
We do not ship internationally.
We ship all albums and merchandises in corrugated boxes with protective bubble-wrap to ensure safe and sound delivery of your order. For smaller items, we use bubble mailers for smaller items such as keyring, platform albums, etc.
PO BOXES
Please note that UPS does not generally deliver to PO Boxes, and if your shipping address is a PO Box, we strongly recommend selecting USPS as the shipping carrier.

To be able to track and view your online order history, you will need to sign-in to your account before or during checkout (instead of checking out as guest).
IN-STORE PICK UP POLICY
ORDER PICK UP TIME
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. orders placed before 2:00 PM on weekdays are typically ready for a same day pickup. Once ready for pickup, you will receive an order ready confirmation email at which point you can visit the store with your order info & photo ID to pick it up.
SAME DAY PICK UP AVAILABILITY
All orders placed before 2:00PM on weekdays are available for same day pick up. All orders placed after 2:00PM will be ready for the next day pick up. While we do our best to get your order ready as soon as possible, same day pick up is not guaranteed. Pickup orders are typically ready within 1-2 business days.
ORDER HOLD TIME
Once your order is ready for pickup, we will hold it for 7 days before canceling and refunding your order. If you need more time, you can always request via chat.
